Headlight and Taillight Tints in Manchester & Cheshire

Wrapvehicles in Manchester are dedicated to offering as many high quality car customisation services to our customers as possible. We like our customers to trust us to modification their car to the highest standard and by offering a large range of services we can guarantee the quality of each product / service and ensure that your car is modified to your requirements. We have had requests from our customers for headlight and taillight tinting for several years, and after testing out a huge variety of products we now have 2 possible ways of carrying out this popular modification with a guarantee of quality in looks and performance.

We offer 2 ways of tinting your cars lights, one permanent and one temporary.

Permanent headlight tinting and taillight tinting

Our permanent car light tinting option is made by using a mixture of coloured paint and clear paint lacquer. This allows us to add layers of tinting paint to achieve the exact level of darkness to the tint.

The permanent headlight and taillight tinting offer the best aesthetic for tinted car lights as the paint is applied directly to the car lights, so the light transference through the lights is only slightly effected and there is no noticeable change to the lights apart from the colour/tint.

The trade off for this is that the headlight or taillight tinting is permanent, so cannot be removed when no longer required.

Temporary headlight and taillight tinting (semi-permanent)

Our temporary car light tinting is carried out using a translucent tinting film / vinyl. Similar to our vehicle wrapping vinyl , the car light tinting vinyl is conformable and can be stretch around the complex shapes of the car lights to cover the face of the light and add a layer of tint or colour.

We are using the best grade vinyl available for our car lighting tints, this allow us to offer a high quality fit and finish that is the best available.

The nature of the tinting vinyl is that is made using an adhesive layer, this means that it will diffuse the light emitted from the car lights more than our permanent car light tints. This mens that the light emitted from the car lights will be reduced, but it will still be strong.

For headlight tints using the temporary solution we only offer a light smoked tint, this allows the headlights to be tinted without knocking out too much light and also avoids damaging the light through overheating.

The taillights can be tined using our dark smoked tint to achieve a very dark taillight tint that is almost black.

We grade these style of headlight / taillight tints are temporary as they are installed using a removable vinyl, but they will last several years once installed and should not discolour or shrink for 3+ years.

Wrapvehicles Manchester can add the headlight / taillight tints to your car on an individual basis, or they can be added whilst we are adding other car customisation options such as a wrap or window tints.
